Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- Defective Products Only: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that are defective. Products are carefully examined before shipping, but if you receive a defective item, we are happy to assist with a replacement.
Return/Exchange Process
- Submit a Claim: Claims for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Photo Requirement: To help us process your claim quickly, please include a photo clearly showing the defect.
- Approval: All returns, refunds, and exchanges must be approved by Thompson Creative Co.
Refunds & Exchanges
- If approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for a non-defective product.
- Please allow us time to review and process your claim. We aim to respond promptly and address any concerns to your satisfaction.
Note: Products that are not defective, or claims made after the 7-day window, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
